*1A Standard monthly cost is $4795.00 USD. A six-month subscription is $4495.00 USD/month; a one-year subscription is $3995.00 USD/month.

*1B Canadian subscriptions exchange rate is $1.00 USD = $1.25 CAD. Exchange rates are adjusted biannually.

*1C Onsite hours to be used between 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday local time. Saturday, Sundays, and off-hour requirements are available. Please inquire.

*1D Scope of work (SOW) for allocated capacity will be discussed and agreed upon before any work commences. Agreed upon SOW will be stipulated in the subscription contract.  

*1E Cancellation fees are equal to the balance of the remaining subscription discount.

*1F Standard month = Four (4) calendar weeks (CW)

      Six-month subscription = 24 weeks of 26 CW

      One-year subscription = 48 weeks of 52 CW

*2A Travel between suppliers greater than one-hour total travel time is charged at $50.00 USD/hour plus any transportation costs.

*2B Additional transportation expenses (airline, train, ferry, or taxi) which may be incurred to relocate to the requested destination will be included in the corresponding monthly Invoice. All travel time will be charged at $50.00 USD per hour. Any inter-provincial air travel within China to use economy class.

*3 Current global COVID-19 travel restrictions at the time of printing may cause a delay in the projected starting date for this service. In case of delays, there will be no charges made to any clients. Cancellation fees will also be waived due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. BRGP Management Services will not be liable for any delays or costs incurred by any client resulting from COVID-19 travel restrictions.
